Actual conversation with my daughter this morning:
"Let's have lunch some day next week. What day works for you? Any day works for me except Friday."
"Why not Friday?" I asked.
"Because I have business in the morning," she said.
"What kind of business?" I asked.
"Kid business," she said, "that I'm not allowed to tell you.
